Trivia Night 2020 – ‘Heroes & Villains’ Theme

It’s time again for one of our most popular PTA events – our annual Trivia Night! Heroes & Villains themed this year, be sure to register your table early so you don’t miss out!

  • Saturday 05 September – 7pm-midnight, Kohimarama School Hall
  • Arrive from 7pm, Quiz 7.30-9.45pm, dancing 10pm to midnight

Table Registration  – By 31 August

Ticket prices are $40 per person with a maximum of 10 per table. Register for one, two or an entire table of ten – everybody is welcome. If you don’t have enough people to create a table of 10, we will help match you up with people from your year group. Tables are limited so secure your place/table now by registering.

Heroes & Villains Theme

Your team needs to come in theme – Heroes & Villains as your inspiration. Think super heroes & foes, Star Wars, The Hunger Games, Oliver Twist, Harry Potter, Matilda, Lord of the Rings … so many options!

Quiz Master

Back by popular demand, Sam Thom will again be our quiz master. Teams play with wireless electronic handsets. Answers and leader-boards are calculated automatically and appear in real time on big screens. There will again be the opportunity to ‘purchase’ points at various points throughout the quiz – bring lots of extra cash!

Pre-Order Wine & Pizza Orders

We’ve made it easy for you – no need to BYO food. On arrival, you will receive a complimentary antipasto platter courtesy of New World (one per table) and you can pre-order any Hells Pizza for only $25 per pizza for delivery at 8.30pm. Can one person please pre-order your pizza requirements please for the entire table.

Licensed Bar

We have a cash licensed bar available with a range of wine, beers and non-alcoholic drinks available. Cash/eftpos only (no credit card facility).  No BYO drinks permitted. You will be able to pre-order your wine so it’s on your table on arrival. Can one person please pre-order your wine requirements for the entire table on the link above.

Dancing

Music and dancing from 10pm – midnight

Payment

For ease of ‘accounting’ if you are purchasing an entire table can we please have one payment per table. Payment for your table is required on registration confirmation. Please ensure payment your pre-ordered wine and pizza’s is made no later than 31 August.

Payment can be made by:

  1. Direct payment to Kohimarama School PTA 12-3027-0332092-00. Please ensure you reference Trivia and Your Team Name
  2. Cash or Cheque (in a sealed envelope) in the PTA box in the office

Table Clean Up & Pack Up

Dancing will commence at 10pm. Your table is solely responsible following the quiz for clearing your table of rubbish (using the black bag provided) and place both the rubbish and folded down table it in the designated area.
