About the Online Shop

Now you can order and pay for uniforms online through our Online Shop.


We have introduced an online shop tool, giving busy parents and caregivers another convenient way to buy uniforms and some other school payments.

How does it work?

Our online shop is hosted by the Kindo school payment service. Simply set up an account with Kindo, click through to the uniform shop and start shopping. Kindo payments are immediately verified and clearly linked to your profile and child. We receive the order and manage delivery.

Will the Online Shop be used for other school payments?

Yes, we will be trialing this Online Shop for some other specific school payments, so save your login details.

What payment options do I have?

Kindo will ask you to ‘Top Up’ when making payment. You simply top up the total cost of your uniform order. You can pay by:

  • Internet Banking (POLi) – links to your internet banking – no surcharge for you
  • Account2Account – links to your internet banking – no surcharge for you
  • Credit Card – this will incur and extra 2.5% surcharge + a 50c fee.

POLi and Account2Account are very similar and if your bank is NZ based you should be able to use either. Once you link through to your internet banking site, you will still have the chance to confirm the transaction.

How will it be delivered?

Your order will be delivered to your child in their classroom.

When will the uniforms be delivered?

Uniform Shop orders will be processed on a Tuesday and Thursday morning. Once processed, orders will be delivered to classrooms that day. Other items will have the delivery times included in the confirmation email.

Frequently Asked Questions

Changing your child’s classroom

When you are within a service, e.g. Uniforms, there is a left-hand panel displaying your child/ren’s names that you previously entered. To edit or view the classroom, click on the name and a window will appear with a drop-down to change the classroom.

At the end of the year we will wipe the room data. You will then be prompted to re-enter it the next time you use the shop.

Updating or adding your children’s names

Make sure you have your children’s name listed rather than your own.

If you need to change, add or remove names, click the ‘+’ button and then use the Update Family Details page to make changes.
