Covid-19 Update – 27 August 2021

27 August 2021

Dear Parents

We are at the end of Week 5, half way through the school term, and Auckland will continue in Alert Level 4 for at least the next two weeks and maybe for some time.

Thank you from the staff

On behalf of staff I thank you for supporting students and our Kohimarama School distance learning, knowing that you are all probably working at the same time. We understand that all families have different circumstances and should therefore manage distance learning at home as best you can. We are here to help. Reach out to your teacher or team Leader for help with the learning or to Meegan Hill, DP or Paul Engles on other matters.

Device distribution

As previously canvassed, we have distributed approx 20 devices from the school over this last week. Our final distribution will occur on the morning of Monday 30th August. If your child has left a device at school or if you would benefit from borrowing a school device then please email me before Monday to arrange a contactless pick up at Kohimarama School. My contact email is pengles@kohimarama.school.nz
