A Message from the Deputy Principals
Oh what a night…!
Caleb W – Roller Mills Auckland East Team
As you know, Caleb has made a real impact in the Rugby arena in Auckland for 2018. He has furthered this by being in the team that won the National Competition in the recent tournament, held in Cambridge. By winning this, the team also broke records for being the team that scored the most tries in a tournament and the team who has won the most times in a row – 6. In addition Caleb’s team won the Sportsmanship trophy of the tournament. An outstanding achievement Caleb, congratulations to you and your obviously talented team.

The Kohimarama Way – Friendliness
Friendliness keeps you and others from feeling lonely or left out. It helps people feel that they belong. When something good or bad happens, it feels good to share it with a friend. Friendships don’t just happen – they are made by people who are willing to be themselves with each other.

Sunhat Weather – No hat, no play
A reminder that from Labour Weekend to Easter we have a sun hat policy that means if the students are not wearing their school sunhat they are not able to play in the open spaces. Because we all wear the same hat, a really good idea is to have it named clearly on the inside. We promise that if we find any named sunhat, we will return it.
