Event News

Calendar Art

Our annual Calendar Art fundraiser is underway!! The kids have been working hard in class to create some wonderful art that can be applied to cards, calendars, diaries, notepads or mouse pads. Order forms were sent home last week with full details and your child’s artwork can be viewed in their classroom this week (23 – 26 October). These make fabulous Christmas gifts and are a great keepsake for the year.

You can order now through the Online Shop (preferred) or a paper form. To find out more go to the Calendar Art page. Last day for orders is Friday 2 November.

Go to the Online Shop

Please check your children names and their classrooms are correctly set up within the Online Shop. This was less important for the Production tickets, but with the Artwork we have a lot of matching up and coding of artwork and orders, based on rooms. To update the names, select the ‘+’ button. To check which rooms you have set up, click on your child’s name.

A huge thank you to Tim Stewart, Barfoot and Thompson Kohimarama branch, for sponsoring our Calendar Art. Tim is a Kohimarama parent and real estate agent who has been involved in sponsoring calendar art and other school fundraisers for many years. We very much appreciate his support.  Email

Road Patrol
We still need an extra parent or two to help out with Road Patrol.  If you can spare 30 minutes (from 8.25am – 8.55am) once a week or fortnight please let us know. Contact Justine Boyd on We also need someone to take over co-ordinating the road patrol roster for 2019. This is done once at the beginning of each term and is emailed to those who have volunteered. It’s a great job for someone keen to help but who can’t get to school very often. If you are interested please email

Get Involved and have your say in 2019
